Front office of the Forms application

The Forms plugin allows users to respond to a wide variety of forms addressing various needs (registration form, complaint request, etc.), enabling users to communicate documents and interact with the processing service.

For example, in the illustration below, the form consists of the following parts:

• A preamble of information completed with a downloadable catalog.

• Thematic steps to collect the necessary information for processing the request

• A step-by-step summary of the entered information

• A global summary before validating the form
• Sending an acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint
