Objective

The purpose of this feature is to be able to add external links in the drop-down menus of the back office on your Lutèce website.

This feature is only available from Lutetia 5.1.1-SNAPSHOT

Operation

  • In the management rights of managers, in the BO, give yourself the right "(Level 1) Administation of external AdminFeatures".
  • In the system tab of the BO functions drop-down menu, go to "External Features Management"
  • Click on "Add an admin Feature"

The fields to fill in are as follows:

Field name Required Description
Feature technical ID Yes Technical Id for the Law
Name (or i18n key of the name) Yes If you want to manage the location; add an i18n key for the name of the external feature to be added, in the files features_message_ (en) .properties (...), and enter this complete key. Otherwise, enter a name for the feature directly.
Url of the external feature Yes URL to which the admin feature points you want to add
Description (or key 18n of the description) Yes If you want to manage the location; add an i18n key for the description of the external feature to be added, in the files features_message_ (en) .properties (...), and enter this complete key. Otherwise, enter a description for the feature directly.
Level Yes Level of entitlement - is useful for administering entitlements to different managers.
Group name Yes Choose the tab in which this adminFeature will be added by default.
URL of the icon No Not used in the core of Lutetia, can enter an url of an icon.
Url of the documentation No Enter a URL for documentation related to this external feature.
  • Once added, this external admin Feature is considered a right in the sense of Lutèce: it is possible to give the right of access to this Feature to the managers according to the level of right chosen for this right.

Be careful to activate the right for the feature created by the different managers, so that it appears on their admin dashboard

It is always possible to return to your choice of name, description, key or right level of an external feature by modifying it in the management of external features.
