Lutece showcased at OW2 Con'2019

As a proud member of the OW2 open-source software community, the Lutece team has been presenting the platform principles and updates since 2014 at the annual OW2 Convention. These presentations were recorded, and here's the one we did for 2019.

This year, Philippe Bareille, technical project manager at the City of Paris, presents a general overview of the platform, in a public sector context.
